How to Manage Your Goose Ridge Soaps Subscription

If you have signed up for a subscription, you will receive an email 4 days before your order is scheduled to process.  If you need to make any edits to your subscription, such as swapping or adding products, skipping a subscription, changing your payment method, or pausing your subscription, you will need to login to your subscription account.  This article is a how-to guide on logging in and managing your subscription with Goose Ridge Soaps.

Accessing Your Subscription Portal

You can login to your subscription directly through the link provided in the reminder email, or you can LOGIN to your account on the Goose Ridge Soaps website in the main menu.  

Once you are logged in, click the, My Subscriptions link at the top of the screen.  Follow the prompts to login with the email used to set up the subscription.

Updating Your Products

Under the ITEMS block, you can swap products, add new items, change the amount of a product, or remove items from your subscription. 

Adjusting Delivery Frequency

Select “Edit” in the SUBSCRIPTION  block  to change how often your subscription is delivered (e.g., every 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

Skipping or Rescheduling Orders

You can skip or reschedule an upcoming delivery under the BILLING SCHEDULE section.

Updating Billing or Shipping Information

Update your payment method or shipping address by clicking “Edit” in the PAYMENT METHOD block.

Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

Choose “Pause My Subscription” to temporarily stop deliveries or “Cancel My Subscription” to end your subscription.

Tips:

Check your upcoming orders regularly, set reminders before billing dates, and try new products by swapping instead of canceling.  Be sure to save any changes you make!
